Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• Lead the technical delivery of enterprise AI builds, from architecture to deployment in clients' environments.
• Shape solutions, lead builds, and act as the technical voice for clients, ensuring alignment and managing risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong background in applied AI engineering, including experience with LLM-based systems and production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure-as-code, with real production cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
