Description:

  • Lead the Code Plane team at Sourcegraph, focusing on products that enable developers and AI agents to manage code changes across large codebases.
  • Drive technical direction, product roadmap, and team practices while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with fluency in Go, TypeScript, SvelteKit, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience in building end-user product features, particularly in developer tools or AI products, and strong technical leadership skills.
