Description:

Fully remote position for candidates based in South Africa.
Long-term contract engagement for B2B/freelancing cooperation.
Lead the technical buildout of products in a small, effective team (5-15 people).

Requirements:

2+ years in a leadership role and 6+ years in engineering.
3+ years of experience in building web applications using Node.js and React.
Experience in software architecture and maintaining hosting infrastructure.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.
