Description:
- Lead the technical direction of a real-time facility navigation and asset-tracking platform's backend architecture.
- Focus on a distributed, actor-model backend built on Microsoft Orleans, coordinating with the engineering team and Project Manager.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior/lead-level architecture responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with actor-model distributed systems (Microsoft Orleans preferred).
- Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET, including API design and data pipelines.
- Experience with real-time/streaming data systems and leading small engineering teams.
- Strong written and spoken English for communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
