Description:

  • Lead the QA team at 3Pillar Global, ensuring high-quality and reliable project outcomes.
  • Drive improvements in quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in QA leadership roles.
  • Expertise in QA automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
