Description:

  • Lead UX research and prototyping for a complex risk and fraud management platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to create evidence-backed user journeys.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in UX research and interactive product design.
  • Proven track record of conducting qualitative research with specialist users.
  • Strong systems-thinking capability and experience in designing for complex workflows.
  • Expertise in building interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English for user interviews and presentations.
