Description:
- Seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Database Administrator (DBA) for the Data Platforms team.
- Responsible for administration, optimization, security, availability, and lifecycle management of PostgreSQL environments, focusing on Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server in a financial services context.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience administering PostgreSQL environments, including production systems.
- Strong skills in PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server and relevant Azure networking/security concepts.
- Proficient in SQL, Linux administration, and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure as Code in cloud environments.
