Description:

  • Support the marketing team with website, email, and technical maintenance requests.
  • Handle routine web edits, troubleshooting, and template fixes for client websites.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress, including page updates and content management.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout fixes and email template adjustments.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to use AI tools for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
