Description:
- Role combines platform engineering and structured first-line operational responsibility.
- Focus on building and improving internal developer platform with emphasis on observability, load testing, resiliency, and system robustness.
- Participate in Level 1 incident duty rotation to provide 24/7 coverage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in backend engineering (Java/Spring preferred).
- Experience operating high-throughput production systems and strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proficient in SQL and observability tools, with experience in load testing and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with containerized/cloud environments (Docker/K8s/AWS) and ability to work autonomously.
- Clear communication skills in English.
