Requirements:
Candidates must have more than 5 years of WordPress development experience and technical leadership experience.
Expertise in modern WordPress, including the block editor and block themes, is required.
Experience with enterprise-level projects and architecting large-scale solutions is necessary.
Candidates should maintain a high-level view of projects and understand contexts, scope, and development tasks.
Active involvement in the WordPress community, including core contributions and participation in WordCamps/Meetups, is expected.
A curiosity for the latest changes in the ecosystem, particularly the Gutenberg project, is important.
A wide range of technical experience is preferred, including knowledge of core web technologies, NPM, Webpack, Docker, DevOps, and Gitlab CI/CD.
Expertise in performance optimization and security best practices in web application development is required.
Experience in quality assurance processes, including automated testing strategies, is a plus.
Proven experience in client and stakeholder interactions for project scoping and estimation is necessary.
Candidates should be able to prepare and conduct technical workshops and create reports on solutions.
PHP development skills are required, and experience in Drupal development is a bonus.
Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA is necessary.
Strong communication skills in both French and English are required, though applicants who are not strong in both languages are still encouraged to apply.
