Remote ZScaler Engineer - part-time (R-00232)

Description:

• Support the design, implementation, and operational transition of a Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environment.
• Focus on replacing legacy VPN and site-to-site tunnel access with a Zero Trust–aligned access architecture for approximately 16,600 external users across 1,600 independent agencies.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and application-centric access controls.
• Experience with Zscaler Client Connector and coexistence with other VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, identity federation, and access management technologies (preferably Okta, SAML).
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
