Description:

The Senior Magento Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
They will develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.
Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Magento development guidelines.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs in Magento applications.
Implementing and managing third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality.
Optimizing website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and scalability.
Staying up-to-date with Magento updates, security patches, and best practices.
Collaborating with front-end developers and designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Assisting in quality assurance and testing efforts to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Excellent English and Spanish communication skills are required.
Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Magento Engineer with a strong portfolio of Magento projects.
Proficiency in Magento development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Experience working with marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
