Description:
- The Senior Magento Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Responsibilities include developing, customizing, and maintaining Magento-based e-commerce websites, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing website performance.
- The engineer will stay updated with Magento updates, security patches, and best practices, collaborate with front-end developers for user experience, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Magento development technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work in a team or independently.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
