Description:

• The objective of the DevOps Engineer role at CI&T is to facilitate the seamless integration and delivery of software solutions through the implementation and automation of efficient development, deployment, and operational processes.
• The main result expected from this role is to optimize the software development lifecycle, enhance system reliability, and accelerate time-to-market for CI&T's products and services.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automating the build and ensuring high-quality software through testing, linting, static code analysis, and deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
• The role involves implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure resources in cloud environments.
• It requires configuring and managing container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, to enable scalable and resilient application deployments.
• The DevOps Engineer will implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems in real-time.
• Collaboration with development teams is essential to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through infrastructure enhancements and optimizations.
• The role includes implementing security best practices and compliance requirements by configuring access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management solutions.
