Description:

  • The Martech Solutions Architect at DemandLab is responsible for creating and building software solutions that integrate marketing and sales technology with process, automation, and data governance to provide value for clients.
  • Collaborating with the client’s Marketing and Digital Strategist, the Martech Solutions Architect leads the design, delivery, and execution of client engagements such as nurture programs, scoring programs, trigger-based communications, email campaigns, reporting, and analytics.
  • This role involves superior communication and analytics skills to ensure client expectations are met by following DemandLab’s delivery process.
  • The Martech Solutions Architect listens to and understands client goals, documents needs, translates them into comprehensive solutions, and creates work breakdown structures with milestones and timelines.
  • Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining tactical items, supporting client strategies, considering customer knowledge and technology maturity, and integrating third-party data sources into a holistic data system.
  • As a problem solver, the Martech Solutions Architect troubleshoots issues related to communication timing, duplicate record management, responsive design, accessibility, and third-party integrations.
  • Qualified applicants should have a background in demand generation or marketing operations, expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, and experience with multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Design and present innovative solutions using current marketing technology and industry best practices to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement advanced lead scoring models to support lead lifecycle and customer journey.
  • Create programming, reporting, and actionable insights for client acquisition and engagement programs.
  • Develop and test business processes and procedures for client-facing documentation.
  • Lead the implementation and program execution of marketing and sales platforms, including marketing automation and CRM.
  • Provide admin level consulting for client’s marketing and sales technology platforms.
  • Offer database management and governance recommendations.
  • Develop revenue-focused reports with actionable insights for marketing and sales programs.
  • Utilize marketing, sales, and service technologies for projects like engagement programs, lead lifecycle management, account-based marketing, email preferences centers, and event management.
