Our rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking a seasoned WordPress Developer with exceptional skills in React and modern web technologies.
The role is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and operates in the PST timezone, 100% remote.
The compensation is negotiable depending on experience.
As an Expert WordPress Developer, you will leverage your deep expertise in WordPress, React, PHP, and advanced web development practices to create and enhance high-performing websites.
You will ensure our digital platform operates seamlessly, is fully optimized for search engines, and delivers an outstanding user experience that positions our firm as an industry leader.
Responsibilities include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins, integrating React.js components, ensuring optimal performance and SEO best practices, troubleshooting website issues, managing website security, collaborating with various teams, and implementing QA procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer is required.
Expert-level proficiency in React.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is necessary.
A deep understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and web accessibility is essential.
Proven ability to build and customize WordPress themes and plugins extensively is required.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, headless CMS integrations, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.) is needed.
A strong grasp of SEO principles and website optimization is important.
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail are required.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly are necessary.
