Intetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The company provides custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and digital solutions.
The client operates in the North American wholesale power markets, engaging in virtual transactions, Financial Transmission Rights, and Congestion Revenue Rights auctions.
The team develops and executes strategies across various Independent System Operator markets and trades on exchanges such as ICE and CME.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for analyzing energy markets and supporting various business functions.
You will contribute to tools for trade support, reports for performance monitoring, systems for back-office and middle-office operations, and other in-house developed software systems.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience in professional software development.
You should have 5+ years of programming experience in C#/.NET.
Experience with MS SQL Server is required, including developing T-SQL stored procedures and user-defined functions, understanding the SQL query processor, and significant experience with T-SQL query optimization and database design.
You need to have experience programming MS Excel.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines is essential.
Strong communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English proficiency are required.
Nice-to-have: Experience in the energy markets or finance domains.
