Remote (59) DevOps Engineer

Description:

• The DevOps Engineer at Protofire will work on a variety of crypto-related projects within top blockchain ecosystems like The Graph, Avalanche, Filecoin, Gnosis, etc.
• The role involves direct interaction with the community, requiring a good understanding of public communications.
• Responsibilities include a mix of support and development activities to enhance performance, cost, and efficiency of blockchain applications.
• Tasks may include working on applications, smart contracts, developer tools, and improving the performance of oracles.

Requirements:

• Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, Lambda, with a focus on high availability, scalability, resilience, app performance, and security in the cloud.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes, preferably with GitHub actions.
• Experience with Docker and docker-compose for containerization.
• Proficient in Linux maintenance and optimizations.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK, Telegraf/Prometheus, Grafana.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills with at least B1+ English proficiency.
• Experience in scripting with BASH.
• Knowledge of JS or Python programming languages.
