• The role also supports Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, from due diligence to execution, including migration planning, risk mitigation, and synergy realization.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have extensive experience in IT architecture with a strong technical background.
• Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Expertise in application, data, and technical architecture is essential.
• A deep understanding of IT governance and best practices is necessary.
• Proven experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions is required.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern architectural frameworks is needed.
• The ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions is crucial.
• Experience with M&A processes and IT system integrations is a plus.
