Nearsure is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with experience in data exchange technologies and data movement tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI X12 transactions and proficiency in EDI mapping tools.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining data exchange solutions that meet the company's needs and standards.
The role involves utilizing EDI mapping tools to translate data between different formats and standards.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure effective data movement is essential.
The candidate will develop and maintain ETL processes using MS SSRS for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data exchange processes in a timely manner is required.
Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements is a key responsibility.
The role includes providing technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and integration is expected.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with ETL is necessary.
At least 5 years of experience working with EDI is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience working with SQL is essential.
At least 1 year of experience working with SRSS is preferred.
An advanced English level is required for this role, as effective communication in English is essential for delivering the best solutions to clients.
