Remote (761) Senior Java Backend Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Java Engineer on the Partner Integrations Squad, you will lead a team in creating and maintaining distributed, event-driven microservices using Java and Kubernetes.
• The team follows cloud-native principles, utilizing AWS services like Aurora, DynamoDB, and MSK, and deploys multiple times per day with fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• The current focus is on migrating towards a global platform where the team will manage global enforcement and platform services.
• You will drive architecture and design efforts, implement microservices in Java, mentor newer engineers, and represent the team in technical meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Java.
• 4+ years of experience working with Kotlin.
• 2+ years of experience working with Microservices.
• 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes.
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS.
• Advanced English Level is required for effective communication with US clients.
