Description:

Nearsure is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python Engineer to produce scalable software solutions.
The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working with a connected LATAM team.
The role involves being part of a cross-functional team responsible for the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
You will collaborate with mobile developers to maintain and expand the app’s backend.
The coding tools used include Python, SQLAlchemy, and Flask, while infrastructure tools include AWS (EC2, S3, Postgres/RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda).
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying software in an agile environment, collaborating with development teams and product managers, designing client-side and server-side architecture, managing databases and applications, building APIs, testing software for responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting and upgrading software, and writing technical documentation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working with Python.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Javascript or Typescript is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with APIs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with AWS is required.
At least 1 year of experience with Flask is necessary.
Candidates should have 1+ years of experience with Firebase or MongoDB.
An advanced level of English is required for effective communication with US clients.
