Nearsure is seeking a Principal Fullstack C# Engineer to join their LATAM team remotely.
The role involves leading a team of experienced Software Engineers, with 70% of the time spent coding and 30% mentoring.
Responsibilities include guiding team development efforts, creating and documenting architectural designs, building and testing new systems, optimizing platform performance, and researching new ideas.
The position requires collaboration with Product and Design counterparts and working alongside Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design scalable solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with C# / .NET and AWS Services, including S3 and DynamoDB, is necessary.
Experience with Eventing Architecture, React.js, JavaScript, REST, GraphQL, Microservices, and Cloud Native Technologies (AWS Preferred) for at least 4 years each is required.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a Technical Leadership role.
An advanced level of English is required for effective communication with US clients.
