Nearsure is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with deep knowledge and experience in building full-stack applications in a production environment.
The position is remote and part of the LATAM team, emphasizing autonomy, communication, and respect for diversity.
The role involves leading a team of experienced Software Engineers, guiding and mentoring them towards successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing new React components and frontend applications, documenting architectural designs, and testing new applications in various environments.
The Staff Software Engineer will work closely with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design and build scalable solutions.
The position reports to the Senior Engineer Manager for Next-Gen Experience.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with React (preferred) or Angular is necessary.
Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with C# .NET (preferred) or Java.
6+ years of experience with ES6 and TypeScript is required.
4+ years of experience with Frontend Application State Management (Redux, MobX, etc.) is needed.
4+ years of experience with REST and GraphQL is required.
4+ years of experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure, with a willingness to learn AWS, is necessary.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a Technical Leadership role.
An advanced English level is required for effective communication with US clients.
