Nearsure is seeking an experienced Senior SQL Developer with expertise in data migration to join their remote LATAM team.
The role involves migrating data from a historical CRM system to Dynamics 365 in the cloud, focusing on fundraising data.
Responsibilities include leading the data migration, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security, designing efficient migration processes, and analyzing undocumented databases.
The developer will explain migration options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables is essential.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, data migration projects, and data engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
A minimum of 1 year of experience with Power BI Report Builder or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is required.
An advanced level of English is essential for effective communication with US clients.
