Nearsure is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join their remote LATAM team.
The role involves collaborating with multifunctional teams to design, blueprint, and execute cloud-native software solutions that meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing impactful product features, developing secure and performant client product features, advocating for product quality improvements, solving technical problems, crafting maintainable code, and addressing technical debt.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience working with Python.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with AWS.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microservices is required.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working in Container environments.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Databases is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working with CI/CD tools.
An advanced level of English is required for effective communication with US clients.
