As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI team, you will research and develop engineering methods to produce new products or modify existing ones.
Develop, maintain, test, and optimize search capabilities for the company's platform while constructing scalable and reliable workflows for big datasets.
Contribute to the design and architecture of a large-scale system focused on search capabilities.
Build and test new designs for compliance with quality and performance standards.
Develop new applications and services using C# and enhance existing application UI with React.
Use declarative tools for automation and supervise technical documentation while performing demos.
Stay updated with Salesforce Releases and best practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer is necessary.
At least 5 years of experience working with C# is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more people is essential.
At least 2 years of experience with AWS or Azure, with a background in AWS is needed.
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microservices is required.
At least 1 year of experience with React.js or Angular.js is necessary.
Experience with Redux or a similar front-end state management system is required.
Experience in building scalable cloud-native architecture is essential.
Experience collaborating with Product teams to create and refine User Stories is necessary.
Experience with AI and Kubernetes is a plus.
An advanced level of English is required for effective communication with US clients.
