Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Gen AI, Agentic) to join their innovative team.
The role involves designing, developing, and testing solutions in various domains using generative AI, agentic tools, and Copilot approaches.
Responsibilities include helping EKA evaluate better solutions, improving team efficiency through AI-based solutions, building applications for the MS Marketplace, and working on other interesting projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience designing end-to-end web applications.
Proficiency with modern web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices is required.
The role requires the ability to integrate AI models into scalable and robust software systems and fast prototyping skills.
A deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms is essential.
Proven experience in deep learning for natural language processing (NLP) is necessary.
Candidates should be proficient in generative AI, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with services like Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, and Anthropic is required.
Expertise in Python for machine learning and SQL for managing large datasets is mandatory.
Experience using generative AI frameworks like LangChain and OpenAI API is needed.
Candidates must be capable of designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems.
Familiarity with model-serving engines such as vLLM or ollama is required.
Experience in developing automated and human-in-the-loop testing systems is a plus.
Knowledge of advanced protocols and tools such as CAG, knowledge graphs, MCP, and A2A is highly valued.
A proactive and innovative mindset is essential, with the ability to propose solutions to real problems and drive innovation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
Having pet projects to showcase will be considered a plus.
