  • As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing new features, improving performance, and building robust solutions for payments products.
  • Your daily tasks will include contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, designing and delivering high-volume applications, writing efficient code, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting continuous improvement through technology investigation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Java SE is necessary.
  • At least 5 years of experience using relational databases in production environments, such as MySQL, AuroraDB, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, with a focus on optimizing queries for performance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with non-relational databases in production, including Redis, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Cloud Providers, preferably AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with microservices architecture is required.
  • Proficiency in working with Spring and Maven is necessary.
  • Knowledge of other programming language ecosystems, such as Node/Express or GoLang/Gin, is a plus.
  • An advanced level of English is required for effective communication with US clients.
