Description:
Provide administrative support to clients in various industries to streamline daily operations and achieve business goals.
Focus on transactional and bookkeeping tasks, managing multiple clients and utilizing different bookkeeping software.
Key asset to clients, offering essential support for smooth operations and goal achievement.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle emails and phone calls, and conduct research.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
Handle multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring prompt support and meeting their needs.
Work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and utilize software like Quickbooks, Xero, Sage, etc.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, focusing on transactional and bookkeeping tasks.
Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage clients and projects effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in bookkeeping and document preparation.
Ability to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
Willingness to work the graveyard shift.
