Bounteous x Accolite is seeking an Adobe Multi-Solutions Architect to lead teams in delivering successful Adobe projects while mentoring other architects and developers.
The role involves ensuring engineering success and consistency in the solutions provided to clients.
Responsibilities include driving technical discovery, developing project plans, and guiding project architects in backlog management.
The Architect will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions across the Adobe stack, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Target.
The position requires deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to align solutions with client objectives.
The Architect will lead strategic client meetings, mentor team members, and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
The role also involves establishing tools and practices to enhance Adobe competency and innovating intellectual property for competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Adobe products in a professional environment.
Experience in architecting and leading teams in launching enterprise platforms using various Adobe technologies is required.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience with key modules such as RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, and Intelligence Services is essential.
Experience in implementing omni-channel personalization and using Adobe Journey Optimizer for campaigns and journeys is preferred.
Candidates should have experience integrating with third-party systems like Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to interact with all organizational levels.
Experience with SQL databases and data management principles is a plus.
Familiarity with XDM System in AEP and experience with AEP WebSDK and Mobile SDK is advantageous.
A solid understanding of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN, and persistence is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience is required.

The salary range for this position is $136,000 - $182,000 per year, with individual pay determined by experience, education, and organizational needs.
