Remote Advanced Cyber Security Engineer (Pen Tester / Red Team)

Description:

• Conduct penetration testing assessments annually for IT systems and quarterly for OT/IS systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform compromise assessments biennially to detect potential security breaches and advanced threats.
• Create detailed reports on penetration testing findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Share reports with key team members and stakeholders.
• Review and check compliance periodically to evaluate the effectiveness of penetration testing.
• Ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and testing techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience, specializing in penetration testing and Red Team operations.
• Proficiency in penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web application security.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards like PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Certifications such as IT - OSCP, OSEP, GIAC (GREM, GCFA, GCIA), CRTP OT/ICS - GICSP, ICS/SCADA Security, ISA/IEC-62443.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
