Acid Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team remotely.
The role involves understanding and exploring business opportunities and needs with a methodological and statistical approach.
The analyst will quantify the economic, operational, and customer experience impact of each analyzed problem.
Responsibilities include leading exploratory research to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
The analyst will define clear metrics to evaluate economic impact and identify risks and technical requirements for each initiative, communicating them to the Data Engineer.
The position requires proposing statistical methodologies to address problems and reduce uncertainty in results.
The analyst will design and propose experiments to validate hypotheses when necessary.

Requirements:

A degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another field with a strong mathematical and statistical foundation is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar data analysis roles is necessary.
Demonstrable experience in data exploration and analysis in operational processes is required.
The candidate must have the ability to abstract complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling is required.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is necessary.
The candidate must be able to work autonomously and manage time and priorities efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and business teams are required.
