Description:

ELVTR is seeking an AI Adoption Lead for a 3-month part-time contract, working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week with at least 4 hours of overlap with UK time.
The role aims to embed AI fluency across all teams within the organization, transforming the approach to generative AI from a novelty to a fundamental tool.
The successful candidate will create an "ELVTR AI Academy" to train staff, streamline workflows, and foster an "AI-first" culture.
Responsibilities include training and evangelism, workflow engineering, tool vetting and governance, knowledge management, metrics and storytelling, and cultural change.
The position requires immediate availability and a commitment to achieving specific outcomes within 90 days, including a skills audit, deployment of AI-powered workflows, and the creation of a KPI dashboard.

Requirements:

Candidates must have immediate availability for 15-20 hours per week during the 3-month contract.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, product, learning and development, or tech consulting roles is required, with a focus on implementing change.
Deep, hands-on experience with various large language models (LLMs), image/audio generators, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n is essential.
Proven ability to map, redesign, and automate cross-functional workflows is necessary.
Comfort with SQL, Python, or Vibe coding for analytics and dashboarding is required.
Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks, including GDPR, SOC-2, and ISO 27001, is important.
Public speaking or workshop facilitation experience is preferred, especially in the ed-tech sector.
