Description:

ELVTR is seeking an AI Adoption Lead for a 3-month part-time contract, working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week with at least 4 hours of overlap with UK time.
The role aims to embed AI fluency across all teams within the organization, transforming the approach to generative AI from a novelty to a fundamental tool.
The successful candidate will create an "ELVTR AI Academy" with training materials, run weekly office hours, and host monthly demo days.
Responsibilities include identifying and streamlining inefficient workflows, maintaining an approved AI tool stack, and developing a searchable library of resources.
The role requires a focus on metrics and storytelling to communicate the impact of AI initiatives and foster a cultural shift towards an "AI-first" mindset.

Requirements:

Candidates must be immediately available for 15-20 hours per week during the 3-month contract.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, product, learning and development, or tech consulting roles is required.
Deep, hands-on experience with various large language models, image/audio generators, and automation platforms is essential.
Proven ability to map, redesign, and automate cross-functional workflows is necessary.
Comfort with SQL, Python, or Vibe coding for analytics and dashboarding is required.
Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC-2, and ISO 27001 is important.
Public speaking or workshop facilitation experience is preferred, especially in the ed-tech sector.
