• As our Developer Evangelist, you will act as a bridge between technical pioneers and our platform, helping to shape both our technology and the broader agent development ecosystem.
• Core responsibilities include building relationships with frontier AI developers, creating technical content that showcases advanced agent development patterns, developing best practices for agent system architecture, representing Naptha at technical conferences and AI developer events, gathering technical feedback from the developer community, identifying emerging patterns in agent development, and shaping our platform's evolution based on developer insights.
• Impact areas include building a vibrant community of AI agent developers, shaping the technical narrative around agent development, creating technical content that pushes boundaries, fostering collaboration among developers, influencing agent development standards, and helping developers solve complex architecture challenges.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a deep technical understanding of AI systems and agent architectures.
• Experience in building developer communities in frontier tech is essential.
• Strong technical writing and speaking abilities are required.
• A track record of creating influential technical content is necessary.
• The ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts is crucial.
• A network within the AI development community is preferred.
• A passion for developer experience and education is important.
• Required experience includes hands-on experience building AI systems or developer tools, a track record of technical community building, strong technical communication skills, experience with AI frameworks and tools, understanding of developer platforms and ecosystems, and public speaking and technical presentation experience.
