• We are seeking an exceptional AI Agent Developer Evangelist to build and nurture relationships with frontier AI developers and shape the future of AI agent development.
• This role offers a rare opportunity to influence the future of AI agent infrastructure at a massively ambitious scale, backed by industry veterans and technical leaders, including NVIDIA Inception, Google for Startups, and Microsoft for Startups.
• The position involves building the foundational infrastructure for the next wave of AI companies, enabling frontier AI developers to create products powered by highly capable next-generation AI agents.
• As our Developer Evangelist, you will act as a bridge between technical pioneers and our platform, helping to shape both our technology and the broader agent development ecosystem.
• Core responsibilities include building relationships with frontier AI developers, creating technical content that showcases advanced agent development patterns, developing and sharing best practices for agent system architecture, representing Naptha at technical conferences and AI developer events, gathering deep technical feedback from the developer community, identifying emerging patterns and needs in agent development, and shaping our platform's evolution based on developer insights.
• Impact areas include building a vibrant community of AI agent developers, shaping the technical narrative around agent development, creating technical content that pushes the boundaries of what's possible, fostering collaboration between frontier AI developers, influencing the direction of agent development standards, and helping developers solve complex agent architecture challenges.

Requirements:

• A deep technical understanding of AI systems and agent architectures is required.
• Experience building developer communities in frontier tech is essential.
• Strong technical writing and speaking abilities are necessary for this role.
• A track record of creating influential technical content is expected.
• The ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts is crucial.
• A network within the AI development community is important for success in this position.
• A passion for developer experience and education is highly valued.
• Required experience includes hands-on experience building AI systems or developer tools, a track record of technical community building, strong technical communication skills, experience with AI frameworks and tools, an understanding of developer platforms and ecosystems, and public speaking and technical presentation experience.
