Description:

  • Responsibilities include designing and deploying AI agents for client sign-ups and session bookings, building NLP tools for clinical efficiency, and developing automation for recruitment, HR, and marketing workflows.
  • The developer will collaborate with engineers and product leaders to create intelligent systems and integrate LLMs and structured data into dashboards and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Strong Python skills with hands-on experience using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS and RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, or FastAPI for building MVPs.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps tools including Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in machine learning and data analytics.
  • Bonus: Experience with workflow integration tools like Airtable, Twilio, or HubSpot.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI tools or automations is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be curious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Comfort in working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams is important.
