Description:

We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join our team at Naptha AI, where you'll help build and test AI agents using our interoperability platform.
This role is perfect for developers who are passionate about AI and eager to gain hands-on experience with the latest agent frameworks and large language models.
Core responsibilities include building and deploying AI agents using various frameworks, testing agent interactions and documenting behavior, helping improve agent performance and reliability, assisting with agent integration and testing, and contributing to our growing agent ecosystem.

Requirements:

Strong Python programming skills are required for this position.
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Claude is necessary.
A basic understanding of AI concepts is expected.
The ability to write clear documentation is essential.
Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology is a must.
Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT is a nice-to-have.
Basic DevOps knowledge is preferred.
Experience with API development is advantageous.
Open source contributions are considered a plus.
