Description:
We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer with Full-stack and DevOps experience, particularly in bot generation.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of bot making and production.
You will turn static brands into living AI mascots.
You will own the technology that spins up, hosts, and iterates four agents every month, continuously improving speed, cost, and quality.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of projects, integrating various platforms, automating learning processes, building moderation and policy filters, and measuring engagement metrics.
You will be expected to ship four agents per month after a 30-day ramp-up period, maintain a cycle time of less than seven days from brief to production, achieve a minimum engagement rate of 10% on first-month posts, and keep the token cost per outbound post below $0.05.
Requirements:
You must have at least 3 years of experience shipping production applications using Node or TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js), Python (FastAPI, LangChain), and cloud deployments (Fly.io, Vercel, AWS, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, and related tooling like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen is required.
You should have experience with LLM agent frameworks such as ElisaOS, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or custom solutions.
Experience with live coding that interacts with X/Twitter or Threads Graph API is necessary.
You should have practical knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and basic observability.
A proven ability to launch a customer-facing product in less than two weeks is required, with a link, repository, or case study as evidence.
Experience with real-time API work, including OAuth, webhooks, and rate-limit handling, is essential.
You must be familiar with security best practices, including least-privilege IAM, secret rotation, and basic SOC-2 awareness.
A bias for lean shipping and comfort in owning the full lifecycle from prompt to production monitoring is expected.
A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates your ability to move quickly without compromising quality is required.
Candidates must currently reside in Latin America.
Benefits:
You will have the opportunity to work remotely from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with no weekend work.
The position includes 10 business days of vacation per year.
You will receive 5 National Holidays and 5 Company Holidays each year, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Zipdev Day.
Parental leave is offered.
Health care reimbursement is provided.
An active lifestyle reimbursement is available.
You will receive a quarterly home office reimbursement.
Payroll deduction purchase plans are offered.
A longevity bonus and a continuous learning bonus are included.
You will have access to training and professional development platforms.
The position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment.
