Optizon is seeking an AI and Automation Developer who is passionate about leveraging AI to create innovative automation solutions.
The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to optimize business processes across the organization.
The developer will analyze operational workflows, identify automation opportunities, and create custom solutions that utilize machine learning and AI technologies.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement scalable solutions.
The role reports to the Head of Marketplace Operations and the CEO.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of existing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, designing AI-powered applications, developing automated workflows, and ensuring technical integration with existing systems.
Continuous improvement of deployed solutions and staying current with emerging AI technologies is also a critical aspect of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and automation technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or related languages are required, along with experience in AI frameworks such as N8N, Make, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, as well as workflow automation platforms, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services is essential.
Knowledge of database systems, API development, and integration methods is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are crucial.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
Certifications in relevant technologies are considered a plus.

The position offers a monthly base salary ranging from US$2,500 to US$3,000, depending on the level of experience.
