Bounteous is seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Architect to join their team in a client-facing role.
The AI Architect will leverage AI and ML technologies to create innovative solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients.
The role involves promoting and enforcing awareness of key information security practices and ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards.
The AI Architect will translate complex business, functional, and technical requirements into strategic architectural designs and technology roadmaps.
They will develop high-level application designs, perform cost/benefit analyses, and lead project-based teams to analyze large datasets and implement scalable AI/ML models.
The position requires designing and deploying AI solutions, building AI-driven applications, and optimizing distributed training and inference systems for large-scale AI models.
The AI Architect will serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for clients, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Staying abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies and applying cutting-edge technologies to address business challenges is essential.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design, with proven hands-on expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
Advanced programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers are necessary.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native services (IaaS/PaaS) is required.
Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector) is essential.
A strong understanding of NLP fundamentals, including tokenization, embeddings, and sequence modeling, is needed.
Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Kubeflow, and LLMFlow is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders are required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients at both technical and business levels are essential.
Experience with DevOps, security technologies (OAuth, JWT, SAML), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and distributed systems is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, with individual pay determined by experience, education, and organizational needs.
