Description:

• As an AI Research Workflow Orchestrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving Wonder's AI-powered research platform.
• You will oversee the execution of research projects and evaluate AI-generated results.
• Collaboration with the team is essential to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• You will orchestrate Wonder’s proprietary AI-powered research agents workflows to execute secondary research to deliver on research requests from clients.
• Evaluating AI-generated research against the client’s research objectives is a key responsibility, along with iterating on approaches to prompting and workflows selected to achieve optimal outcomes.
• You will collaborate with research managers and research analysts to ensure the highest quality research is delivered to clients.
• Evaluating the logical processes undertaken by our proprietary AI Agent is part of your role.
• You will collaborate with the AI development team to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology and secondary research is expected.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies is required.
• Experience with basic prompting for AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) is necessary.
• Exceptional logic and reasoning skills, along with the ability to think critically, are essential.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy are required.
