Remote AI Build Engineer

Description:

• Rackspace is seeking an AI Build Engineer to join a small, closely-knit team focused on AWS technologies.
• The role involves building out initial AI platforms and transforming solutions into marketable products.
• Responsibilities include finalizing the initial Alpha product and creating demonstrable solutions.
• The engineer must be agile and capable of switching priorities across multiple projects quickly.
• The position allows for high-level objectives with the freedom to devise plans for achieving them.
• The engineer will work independently with strong leadership support.
• The goal is to go to market with new AI-compliant cloud products for Rackspace and RGS.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of experience in both software engineering and AWS cloud engineering.
• Familiarity and experience with Python, React, NodeJS, AWS, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, and RAG Applications are required.
• The ability to work both as part of a team and independently is essential.
• Fullstack development experience is preferred.
• Experience with Open AI is also preferred.
