Description:

The AI Chat Integration Engineer at Centric Software is responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered chat integrations.
This role requires a deep understanding of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and API architecture.
The engineer will create type-safe, reusable, and scalable systems to enhance team productivity.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps.
Key responsibilities include designing chat integration patterns, creating type-safe APIs, optimizing AI feature implementation, driving containerization, and improving system infrastructure.
The engineer will also champion DevOps and CI/CD best practices to ensure efficient deployments.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and API design.
Experience working with AI, chatbots, or conversational AI frameworks is required.
A deep knowledge of microservices, containerization, and scalable system architectures is essential.
Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or high-tech product organizations is necessary.
A strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and innovation is expected.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $170K to $220K USD, depending on experience and location.
