Axur is seeking an AI Data Scientist to develop AI-based prototypes and products, including generative AI models.
The role involves analyzing data in various formats, building data processing pipelines, and developing ML/AI models that provide valuable insights.
A typical workday includes developing prototypes and AI-powered products, analyzing and processing diverse data formats, designing and implementing data pipelines, training and deploying generative AI models, and contributing to AI-driven solutions for detecting vulnerabilities and analyzing data breaches.
The position is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the world.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field is required.
Strong knowledge of statistics, Python, and machine learning, particularly with generative AI models, is essential.
Experience with commercial and open-source Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) is indispensable.
Candidates must have experience in training (fine-tuning) and using multi-modal generative AI models, including inference and prompt engineering.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
Additional qualifications include experience in cybersecurity, familiarity with AWS services (beyond machine learning), Docker, and inference frameworks (especially vLLM).
A postgraduate degree in machine learning or a related field with ML applications is preferred.
