Remote AI Data Service Team Lead

Description:

• Acolad is seeking an AI Data Service Team Lead to manage a team of project managers and oversee the lifecycle of large and complex AI Data services projects.
• The primary objective is to ensure timely and successful delivery of data projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Responsibilities include managing a growing team, leading the execution of AI Data projects, maintaining client relationships, conducting risk assessments, managing project budgets and timelines, implementing quality control processes, and identifying process improvements.
• This position is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection.
• The expected working hours are based on client revenue, typically ranging from 30-40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or University Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in project management in Data services or a closely related field.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills are necessary, along with experience managing teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with CAT Tools is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable speaking to difficult customers and resilient in stressful situations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of commonly used computer applications, particularly MS Office and Excel, is required.
• The position requires working in EST hours from 8/9-5/6 and covering PST hours as needed.
• A strong interest in AI and machine learning, with an understanding of AI training and testing dataset workflows, is preferred.
• Good to have skills include proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, understanding of data structures and basic data modeling, and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
