Description:

Hightouch is seeking an AI Decisioning Technical Architect to help customers deploy new AI Decisioning marketing campaigns.
The role involves breaking down complex technical concepts and recommending high-value marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include working with large companies in a client-facing role, scoping out use cases, and selling the value of AI Decisioning to marketing, data, and data science teams.
The architect will assist customer marketing teams in setting up creatives, campaigns, and outcomes within their marketing automation platform and Hightouch’s AI Decisioning product.
The position requires identifying feature data locations and collaborating with data teams or assisting marketing teams in working with their data teams.
The architect will ensure outcome data is clean and usable, guide customers in proper test setup, and own the continuous feedback cycle with customers.
The role includes presenting insights and milestones of AI Decisioning to customers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience deploying or consulting on lifecycle or growth marketing campaigns.
Enterprise selling experience is required.
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should possess intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
Experience in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include experience with Customer Data Platforms and experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions.

The salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000 (80/20 split variable) USD per year.
