We are seeking a technically strong and AI-savvy developer for a hands-on role that combines DevOps, AI/ML, and open-source communication protocols.
The assignment involves deploying a Matrix Synapse homeserver, integrating social media bridges via Mautrix, and building a robust AI-driven message analysis pipeline.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for open-source, a solid understanding of server architecture, and enthusiasm for developing cutting-edge NLP-based solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with Linux, Docker, and AWS (EC2).
Proficiency in configuring NGINX as a reverse proxy is required.
Familiarity with the Matrix Synapse ecosystem is essential.
Experience with Mautrix bridges, specifically for LinkedIn or Instagram, is necessary.
Strong skills in Python and NLP technologies, including Transformers and BERT, are required.
Knowledge of Hugging Face and vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone is needed.
Basic knowledge of React for client-side UI development is preferred.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows is mandatory.
