Description:

Maisa AI enables enterprises to delegate mission-critical tasks to Digital Workers and AI Agents, combining AI intelligence with proven Chain-of-Work execution.
The AI / Digital Worker Solutions Engineer will help clients implement and operate Digital Workers on maisa's Studio platform.
This role involves identifying automation opportunities, designing and building Digital Workers, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions.
Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their business processes, developing effective AI prompting strategies, and configuring API integrations.
The engineer will also onboard and train client teams, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for improving Digital Worker performance.
Additionally, the role includes developing reusable solution components, documenting implementation patterns, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles.
A strong understanding of business process automation concepts and implementation approaches is required.
Experience with AI prompt engineering or designing LLM-based solutions is necessary.
Familiarity with API integration concepts and data connectivity approaches is essential.
The ability to understand and map client business processes to technical solutions is required.
Excellent client communication skills are necessary, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail is essential.
A basic understanding of common enterprise systems and data structures is required.
